The Based Zorin look desktop, booted live

This is one of two editions built on Ubuntu instead of Debian, and it installs through Calamares only, since Ubuntu has no Debian installer.

What's on it

Thunderbird for mail, calendar and contacts, in place of separate apps.
Zen for the web, with sites you live in turned into windows of their own.
Flathub, already set up.

Installing it

The ISO is live: it boots straight to this desktop without touching your disk, and the installer is on the desktop when you're ready. The download page covers checking the image and writing it to a USB stick.
